This week Tommy Moye from Rong Records and Azikiwe Mohammed AKA: DJ Black Helmet stop by our studio to play some tunes. I was going to join them but their tracks were so good I decided to take a backseat. Basically that’s an enthusiastic amateurs way of saying I got lazy and drank beer. We get pretty heavy into some house music here. Tommy schools me on DJ Qbert’s Wave Twisters and the Helmet drops some dimes on his favorite record spots.
